From 01-11-2025, company email addresses will be made public, as a result of the requirements in the NIS2 Law. This does not apply to private individuals and sole proprietorships.
The email address that will be published in our publicly available WHOIS database must not contain personal data such as initials or names. If the email address contains personal data, you must change it.
This can be done via Punktum dk’s self-service: https://selvbetjening.punktum.dk/.
See the guide below if needed.
Only the public email address will be displayed publicly in WHOIS. If you have not provided a public email address, your primary email address will be published by default. This choice is made when confirming contact information upon logging in to the self-service or by editing contact details under "My Profile".
This can be done via the self-service: https://selvbetjening.punktum.dk/
It is the registrant's responsibility to ensure that the provided contact information – including the public email address – is correct and up to date.
What is personal data?
