Bertram works in our registrar support, assisting registrars with day-to-day operations and technical interfaces. He is the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding our EPP integration and other APIs, as well as for troubleshooting guidance and automated workflows. He is also responsible for onboarding new registrars and maintaining our technical documentation.
