The Danish Complaints Board for Domain Names handles cases concerning the right to use a given .dk domain name. For example, you may feel that you have special rights to a .dk domain name that has already been registered by someone else. The Complaints Board for Domain Names is an easy, faster and cheaper alternative to the courts in disputes of this nature, and can decide to suspend, delete or transfer the .dk domain name under complaint.
For more information about the Danish Complaints Board for Domain Names, see the Board’s website: www.domaeneklager.dk. You will also find instructions on how to submit a complaint here.
Of course, you are also entitled to bring a dispute about right of use of a .dk domain name before the ordinary courts. For more information about this, see the Danish courts’ website: www.domstol.dk.
