I have cancelled my domain name – do I still have to pay the invoice?

No. If you have received an invoice, but subsequently canceled one or more domain names that appear on the invoice, we will send a credit note.

If you have not cancelled all the domain names specified on the invoice, you should deduct the credit note from the invoice and pay the remaining amount.

PLEASE NOTE:You may only deduct the credit note from the invoice whose invoice number is stated on the credit note.
