Status
The possibility of suspension based on a report from a Trusted Flagger was introduced in Punktum dk’s registrant terms on July 1, 2026. Punktum dk is currently in the process of determining the specific criteria and framework for the Trusted Flagger scheme with a view to establishing the best workflows for this. In this process, Punktum dk is in dialogue with a number of relevant authorities.
For the exact wording of this suspension provision, please refer to section 9.5 of Punktum dk's registrant terms.
Workshop with Danish authorities
On 19 August 2026, Punktum dk held a workshop for several key Danish authorities with a view to a constructive dialogue on Punktum dk's practical implementation of a Trusted Flagger scheme.
Representatives from the Danish Business Authority, the Agency for Digitization (as an observer), the Consumer Ombudsman, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, the Danish Medicines Agency, the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and the Danish Gambling Authority participated in the workshop.
There was generally great interest in the scheme at the meeting, which is why Punktum dk is now ready to continue the dialogue bilaterally with the interested authorities about a possible further agreement.
