The agreement on automatic card payment is entered directly into between Punktum dk A/S and the cardholder regarding payment for a registrant's right to use one or more .dk domain names or to obtain a priority right to have a specific .dk domain name offered (waiting list) for a subscription period. The agreement is subject to the following conditions, which the cardholder must accept before automatic card payment can be implemented:
1. Criteria’s for implementing automatic card payments
The cardholder cannot use automatic card payment for the first subscription period.
The cardholder can register for automatic card payment via Punktum dk’s systems for the second subscription period and for subsequent subscription periods and in this way complete the payment of the agreed service. It is a condition that the cardholder is already registered with a user ID and customer number in Punktum dk’s systems as obliged to pay for the service.

Automatic card payment is free of charge for the cardholder.
When Punktum dk has registered that the cardholder has signed up for automatic card payment, Punktum dk sends a confirmation email to the cardholder identified by a specific user ID and customer number. Hereby Punktum dk confirms that an agreement on automatic payment from the cardholder's payment/credit card associated with the cardholder at any time has been entered into for a given subscription period, and as long as the payment obligation persists or until termination of the automatic card payment agreement.
2. Renewal and termination of the subscription period
If the payment/credit card is registered for automatic card payment, the cardholder will receive an invoice via the selected shipping method no later than 30 days before the month in which the subscription period expires. The invoice will cover the following subscription period for the service, which is registered under the cardholder's user ID and customer number. The invoice will also be available to the cardholder in Punktum dk’s systems.
The withdrawal on the registered payment/credit card is made 14 days before the month in which the subscription period expires (the due date). Until the day before the due date, the cardholder can change card information or cancel automatic card payment (remove the card information).
3. Cardholders’ responsibility and liability
It is always cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that the registered payment/credit card is active, so that the withdrawal can be completed at the time of due date.
Punktum dk considers the agreement on automatic card payment to be binding exclusively in the party relationship between Punktum dk and the natural or legal person registered in Punktum dk’s systems with a user ID and customer number, who is obliged to pay for the agreed service, and who has attached a payment/credit card in its own name.

4. Type of information Punktum dk stores
As long as the cardholder has registered automatic card payment to its user ID and customer number, the card information will be stored with the Danish payment intermediary QuickPay ApS.
Punktum dkonly stores the expiry date of the payment card and the last four digits in the card number of the payment/credit card most recently registered by the cardholder.
All information is sent securely so that unauthorized persons do not have access to the payment information.
5. Renewal and deletion of card number (card expiration and change of card)
Via Punktum dk’s systems, the cardholder can at any time change the registered payment credit card or switch to another form of payment (FIK bank payment, Online payment, Payment service or MobilePay subscription).
To the extent possible Punktum dk will inform the cardholder prior to the due date if the payment/credit card is no longer active. In this connection, the cardholder will be encouraged to renew the card information.
If automatic card payment is canceled, Punktum dk will delete the card information in its own and QuickPay ApS 'systems without undue delay.
