All Danish associations must associate a MitID with their domain names.

If you have CVR number, you can order an MitID at MitID-business here.

If you do not have a CVR number, you need to create one. This can be done at virk.dk (Danish only).

After connecting MitID, other members of the association will be able to log on to self-service with the regular Punktum dk user-ID and password.

If you no longer have a role associated with your user ID (e.g. registrant, proxy or billing contact) and owe Punktum dk no money, your user ID will automatically be deleted after 14 days.

For a start, ask whether your financial department has an administrator MitID that you can use. They have to report to SKAT with NemID, so they might have it.

If no one in the company has MitID, you can create an administrator NemID(Danish only).

Registrant with a Danish CVR number

If your domain name is registered to a discontinued company/CVR number, the domain must be transferred to an active company or an individual. 

If you have previously completed an ID check with MitID, you can log in to our self-service portal and initiate the transfer.

Role as payer or proxy with a Danish CVR number 

Please contact the domain registrant to change/remove the role as payer or proxy.

Holder of a waiting list position with a Danish CVR number

You cannot update your contact information, and the waiting list position cannot be transferred. Please create a new waiting list position with an active CVR number and cancel the old waiting list position through your login. 

If your MitID is linked to several user IDs, you can access them all at once by logging in to our self-service portal with your MitID.

Once you are logged in, you can switch between the user-IDs that you want to manage.

If you are logged in via computer, you can switch between your user-IDs by clicking on the small arrow in the top right corner of the screen, which will appear next to your user-ID.

If you are logged in on your mobile, you must click directly on your user-ID in the top left corner.

You can easily find your invoice and check if your payment has been completed on our self-service portal.

If you have received an email from Punktum dk and are unsure whether it is genuine, you should be extra cautious.

Scammers may send phishing emails that appear to come from Punktum dk. Sometimes they use email addresses or domain names that resemble ours. Other times, the sender may be manipulated so that the email appears to come from an address ending in @punktum.dk.

Therefore, it is not always enough to only look at the sender’s email address.

If you are unsure, we recommend that you do not click any links in the email. Instead, go directly to https://punktum.dk/en or https://selvbetjening.punktum.dk/ in your browser.

There are many risks associated with receiving a phishing email, so you should:

• Never open links or attachments
• Report the email as phishing to your email provider
• Delete the email immediately 

If you accidently clicked on a link or similar, immediatly take the following actions:

• Close the page that the link opened
• Change your password, if you provided login details
• Contact your bank if you shared payment information 

It can be difficult to completely avoid receiving fake emails, but you can train yourself to spot them. 

Always remember to check the sender’s email address, our official contact information and be generally skeptical of unexpected emails with payment demands.
